Margaret Phillips
bassoon
Margaret Phillips is a freelance bassoonist and contrabassoonist
in the New England area. She has performed with numerous orchestras
and ensembles including the Boston Symphony and Boston Pops
Orchestras. She appears regularly with the Boston Pops Esplanade
Orchestra, Portland Symphony, Rhode Island Philharmonic, Opera
Boston, Boston Modern Orchestra Project, and the Boston Philharmonic.
Ms. Phillips is a graduate of Boston University and the University
of Michigan and is currently Associate Professor of Music
at Berklee College of Music.
